| Comment: This is a large home built in approx 1894 (?). Needs extensive work. Also smells like grease, grease and more grease!! It needs new windows in kitchen, (1) possibly (2). dining room. (2). Living room, two or three(one being a lg patio door). Needs drywsll in all walls, Never has been any drywall, paint and flooring. Hope to tear out staircase and open it up if at all possible. Up stairs has potential for two to three bedrooms, has not been used for many years. Up stairs needs primarily drywall, paint, flooring and new windows(is not very many windows up there now). Needs bathroomo put in up stairs, minumun of half bath at least up stairs. Need electric work checked. Appliances in kitchen are NOT real old but are dirty and kitchen cabinets are filthy, and they do not match, odds and ends at best. <br />Outside needs siding, New roof put on about four to five years ago. |
