So we will need to make sure all the existing walls are good and don't need any repairs, and then seal the cement (which wasn't done the first time) and the block walls (split level house). The re-do a half wall that was ripped out as daamged. And do the flooring and trim. I need an estimate in the next 2 weeks. |
