| Comment: My Clients are looking to open up the master closet and the master bath so that we can make the space more efficient. this will require moving of doors/door frames, adding a new door from master bed room to the living room. Building out the fireplace in the living room to have a few niches for electrical components and tv. Putting a new contemporary frame around the existing fireplace. Moving/extending the gas line from the fireplace into the kitchen for a new gas cooktop. will need a painter for all walls and ceilings. we need to keep costs down so we have broken up this project into 3 phases...this is the first phase. And need to move quickly! So this is just the start to the remodel for this condo off the beach.
