| Comment: I want the standard issue bath tub removed from the "master bathroom" and replaced with a large jacuzzi tub for an adult. This will include taking the back wall off the bathroom, removing the tub, installing new tub with shower head on ceiling possibly, putting down flooring to match the rest of the bathroom (which would remain untouched) and then putting the wall back up and finishing it. This would increase the square footage of the bathroom by about 6 feet in depth but nothing in width as far as I can tell. Once this is completed I will have a sunroom put on the back of the house, so you may need to coordinate with the sunroom contractor for support in flooring, wall, etc. Plumbing can stay where it is. I will make sure the tub I choose has the plumbing in the same place. |
