| Comment: The project includes a masonry foundation with stonework covering the concrete foundation; adding a recreation area that includes a large deck under an existing chalet structure that would be supported by the new foundation structure; extending the existing inside staircase to the new lower recreation floor and and outside staircase from the new deck to the parking deck; redo the HVAC system including duct work for the existing first floor and the new recreation floor below the first floor; replace an existing deck at the first floor level; after the structure is supported by the new foundation and recreation floor, remove the existing external support system. Archetectural plans that are supported by structural engineering calculations will be available by the first week in February 2012. We would need a construction estimate based on these documents. |
