| Comment: My husband and I bought a relatively new home in Commerce Township. We love the bones of our home, but are looking to modify the interior over time. We have multiple ideas and projects throughout the home that we'd like to see projected into a cost to help us with budgeting and planning. We are not able to complete all things at once, but want help in prioritizing a master plan. Some things to be done: addition of bedroom upstairs (we live in a 3 bedroom cape cod) and want to add 4th bedroom, replace firepalce, re-do floors throughout entire house, re-face or replace kitchen cabinets and granite, add custom bookcases in office, add granite countertop and replace mirror and tile flooring in upstairs bathroom, finish basement (needs egrass window and needs to be plumbed for bathroom), new front door, new garage doors, molding throughout home, paint exterior, add paneling to exterior and restain deck, etc. We would like to meet with someone who can help us maximize what we need done and h |
