| Comment: push out the garage 5 feet and incorporate the front of the house into living space for moving the kitchen, laundry room and new entrance. Also we need to change out our windows,remodel master bath and house bath. We could look at if it is less money, to put our master BR, kitchen and LR/DR all up as we will need a new roof as well. We could abandon all of the current downstairs house, keeping only a bedroom and bath on each end of the downstairs. The center would actually be part of our current patio/pool area. |

| Comment: We have a small kitchen and I would like to open it up more. It depends if the wall is load bearing. Will need someone that is creative and can do the work on a limited budget. I would like to create an island, remove the soffet, extend the height of the ceiling, and replace lighting. | Comment: A Home remodel, my wonderful sister and brother-in bought this home in May 2010 for our mom to live in, but the home needed to be updated. They live in California and hired a local Pinellas County contractor to remodel the home and they went home to California after the closing. It has been empty and currently being remodeled by this contractor, but its not moving along in a timely direction as exspected. Not sure if the workers know what they are doing or how to finish the remodel after the home was taking apart inside. So, i just thought maybe I could get some other contractors names with a good reputation for remodeling homes in the Belleair area to pass along on to my sister so maybe she can make some changes in contractors.
