"They were very patient with my lack of knowledge. I needed a wall mount and not a different type of plug. They came back right away with the correct one. When checked by Sears, they were given high marks."

"I needed an electrician right away to change out our dryer outlet for installation of a new dryer the next day. They were able to come out the next day and install the new outlet before the dryer was delivered. Their customer service was great. The only thing I would fault them for was that they did not tell me before hand that they did not take credit cards. I had run out of checks and only had $65.00 in cash. The bill was $85.00. Fortunately they were nice enough to let me send them the remaining $20.00 the next day when I was able to go to the bank and get some new checks. Overall the experience was very good. "

"They completed the job in the week that I called them. Very professional! I was not there when they finished the job and came back to instruct me on how it worked a few days later. They were expensive but I would hire them again if needed."

"Jack came out to bid the job... no pushy upale attemts. Did a lot of customer follow-up, including letting me know the price of the panel went Down... The workers were great about cleaning up, except on the last day, they left a bit of debris. These guys are my electricians of choice from now on. Fast and efficient service."

"BE CAREFUL--you will be quoted for the work of 3 guys for 8 hours. Problem: 1 guy was there for 4 hours, 1 guy for 7, and 3rd guy was "in-training" and the only work we saw him do was to meter-check all the outlets after the new circuit breaker box was installed (about 1 hours work). 6 hours after they left...breakers started popping all over the house and all the new plugs we had installed "Failed". Since they already had our check they were in no hurry to return & fix the problems. We feel we were grossly overcharged by about $800. Total was $1794.48 for a new breaker box and 9 new outlets installed."
Comments from Winner Electric Construction Inc.
We're so sorry this customer was unhappy and wish they had mentioned it at the time. We did offer 4 free hours of labor on any future work as a way to keep them as a client. The bid was 16 hours, it took 17-no charge for the extra hour. There was a trainee on site, which we paid for, not our customer. Our customer was billed per the bid-no more-which we submitted 2 days prior to beginning the work and which they signed. To remove a panel, furnish and install a new one, 2 ground rods, bonding, permit and 9 receptacles & wiring for $1794 is a very reasonable price. After 38 years, we would not be in business if we treated our customers this way

"I got four bids and Jack and his crew beat the competition with their initial bid. They scheduled it quickly to fit my time frame and Sam the on site electrician knew his business and was very responsive to my questions. This is a good outfit. Debra(I think that's her name) in the office is really good at coordinating all the "guys" and working with the customer. Definitely give them a chance to look at your job and give you a bid. "

"This started out as a bathroom fan installation. It turned out my electrical panel needed to be replaced. They had the lowest bid and did a great job on replacing the panel, installing the fan/heater and doing several other small jobs, including replacing a dryer vent. Reasonable price, very competent workers, nice to work with. I highly recommend them for quality, price, and pleasant to work with."

"Debra at Winner electric was great. We are first time home owners and had many questions. During the process Debra was patient, answered all of our questions, and sent friendly reminders to check in with me. Jack was great when he came out to assess the work needing to be done. And the electricians that came out were great. We had our panel box updated, some knob and tube removed, a bathroom fan installed, and they had to deal with some lathe and plaster. All was done very professionally. Thank you all!!"

"I am a new homeowner and don't know jackshit about home repair except how to call the landlord. Now I have to take care of it myself. I contacted Winner Electric, or rather, they contacted me after I put out my need online. The first company to contact me wanted to charge me twice as much. The Winner repair person came right on time, quickly probed around, found the problem, and fixed it. 10 minutes max. And then he explained clearly what the problem had been and what he did to fix it. Simple, reasonable, and quick. Now I know who to call (instead of the landlord). "
