I talked to V and he surprised me when he said he would come out the same day to spray. It was after lunch when we spoke. Like all of his reviews state he showed up promptly to the meeting. He explained in detail what he was going to do and we set up a maintenance plan to handle any future problems. All my questions were answered and the work was done in a very professional manner.
