"I will not recommend this unprofessional bitch MARCO hes a f******* scammer! This b**** switch the code to my alarm system the day I cancel he is b**** a** scum of the f******* earth. He charges your account twice a month so if you get this service make sure you pay attention to him charging you account. He a f******* dirt bag who tell customer they have to they account connected so he can charge it without your authorization. This motherf***** is not fit to handle real customers and I will highly go to a more legitimate company like ADT, BRINKS the real company not his contract a** LLC."

. I'd like to reply to this Ridiculous Post here bye Patrice Hamlin. She has been our client since 2015 9 Long years during that time Patrice has had money issues as do we all and she was one of our leading customers Always calling in to move her dates around for payment, methods she pays late payment etc. Out of the kindness of my heart I tried my best to help her as we were protecting her home and family. We never raised any rates on her , she never paid for 1 service call or any replacement equipment. Sometime last fall we needed to upgrade her cell and keypad and some window sensors and 2 key fobs for free again!! She told me was closing down her acct for payment and wanted to pay with pre paid credit cards which we do not accept. I told her let me know what she wanted to do or w would need to part ways I have Never charged her accts twice it was hard enough to get paid. She then canceled I thanked her for her business for all the years. I told her i would send here a pre paid package to return our equipment we just installed. She refused texted to go F myself and said she put it the garbage F U was sent to my cell outside of that she has sent me 10 plus nasty mouth messages. I responded that she has 30 days to return the equipment she said she put in the garbage or she will be sent to collections. Once she received the collection letter my text on my phone blew up with that nasty mouth again. I did not respond again. If she was so angry and hated my company and the way i treated her WHY would she stay for 9 years?? I guess when the Free stuff stops and the hand outs end this is how she responded to me this way. . Since this post she is in collections for over $700 and a Defamation suit has started I m sorry to my clients that read this post i have learned my lesson moving forward - Marco Sarli

"contractor was knowledgeable, reliable and responded to all our questions. My only complaint is we can not utilize the HD camera resolution due to our WIFI capabilities even after installing an ORBI WIFI booster. This is something I would still like resolved."

They were very good at returning our calls, coming for estimates and from the moment we signed a contract to the moment they came and did the work, it was a matter of days (and they did the work all in one day!). "MIke was extremely helpful. He gave me all of the information up front. He helped me work within my budget. They have been the easiest contractors that I have worked with so far. I still have to follow up with them to see the finish. They did complete the job. They didn't cut the bushes all the way to the ground in the front of the house but they did do an excellent job in the back of the house. They did not cut the stump away from the fence. I gave them 2 thumbs down for that. I would thin that they would have equipment to cut the trunk from the fence."
