"Scott was great - we had several things that we wanted to have done - replacing light fixtures, adding a timer to our porch lights and adding several outlets in the basement. He worked around our schedule and came in the evening to give us a quote - he line-itemed the costs, and didn't pressure us to do everything all at once. We did about the half the work, and are very happy with the results. We'll definitely be calling him again when we're ready for Part 2 of our project. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing electric work."

"This company is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional. It took them months to complete the one job. I asked for money back that they were paid from the insurance company because after months they still didn't do the work. The manager and the people that work for him never do what they say they are going to do. You have to chase them down to get answers. They give you the run around and then Scott had the nerve to get smart with me after it was at that point two months later and my roof job was still not complete. They honestly are not work any stars."

"Scott was prompt for the initial appointment and provided several options for the front porch / deck project I had been planning. The actual project was started on the date indicated and the project was completed on the date set for completion. The new front porch / deck looks great and I have received several good comments from neighbors in the area. During construction a couple of landscape lights were inadvertently damaged - and as promised, were replaced by the completion of the project. All in all a very good experience with Scott and US Remodeling Solutions. The project greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. "

"I was pleased in beginning, but when problems came up, they weren't resolved. This project was supposed to be done by 7/4/06 and is yet to be completed to our satisfaction. Our patio has no color consistency, there's chipping, see trowel lines, etc. I have called multiple times to scott hoff to resolve and he does not return my calls whatsoever. He committed to coming out here to fix it on 9/26, never showed up or called and won't return any of my phone calls. I would NEVER recommend them or use them again. They have all of our money and it is NOT completed to our satisfaction."

" They have not responded to my phone calls and e-mails concerning an existing leak and roofing that is separating from the frame. They have repaired several leaks(hopefully permanently) and have more securely attached the plywood roofing in two areas that had separated from the framing. I am still waiting for the roofing to be SECURELY attached all around if necessary and also to hear back on all of this. "
