"This company is very professional. They were on time for every appointment. They explained things thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and respected my property. Although a bit more expensive than other companies, they were well worth the stress-free process. Time will tell about the product. So far very happy expect for the poor screen quality (not covered by manufacturer, and very thin)."

"All of the men working on the windows were extremely nice. There was a small issue with two of the windows being made incorrectly but they explained the situation, ordered the correct ones the same day and even installed them the day they received them. They were even polite to my kids and accommodating of my dogs. They cleaned up the work area pretty well. I would recommend their work to friends and they were hands down the best price. They beat everyone's price (I received three other quotes) without the hard sell. It was nice to not have to play the "purchase today and get this much off" game with them. Straight forward and honest!!"

"Great service, incredible price! Rick's price was HALF of the other bids that I received. They had to build a bay window for me, no problem. Everything was exactly as promised and exactly as scheduled. Install for my 8 windows went smooth, workers worked very clean. The 8 foot bay window that was installed was gorgeous, except it had a slight scratch on it that was barely visible. No Problem! Rick had them come out and change it. There were no hassles with this company and I would highly recommend them when you are looking for vinyl windows and want great, honest service and the best price."

They came to the job site with a multiple crew members and worked hard from the start. "United Builders were very professional throughout the process and were able to answer all of our questions before, during and after installation. The window products they provided were as advertised and met our expectations. All appointments were met on time and all follow up telephone calls immediately answered. They were a little pricy; but, I would guess you get what you pay for. That being said, they were not the highest price estimate we got nor the lowest. We plan to use them again when our budget allows us to have the final phase done, e.g., our "french-style" patio doors. "

Because when it comes done to making design decisions on the spot its totally pays off to have experience on your side. The owner gives all estimates (therefore paying no salesman's commission, which typically runs 15-20% of the sale price). We strive to keep our overhead low since that is the key to unbeatable prices and referral business. We specialize in the jobs many other contractors do not want to do e.g. enlarging and reducing openings, moving windows and doors,building bay windows, installing french doors, opening up walls to install windows where no window exists. We will also re-do bad installations from other contractors.
• Custom interior and exterior window/door casings can be done upon request.
• We can measure and price each window individually so you can do them all or just 1-2 at a time spreading the whole process over many months; the competition usually has a minimum of 5-6 windows.
