Step by step instructions were provided to Electric Company and they were not read nor followed. This honest mistake was addressed and corrected immediately, but terms of correction were not met fully in a minor but significant way. Customer satisfaction requires parties to uphold all commitments and only minutes of diligence would have changed this rating to a good experience. Rating is of natural - negative experience due to the significant schedule slides, and impacts on entire project/confidence, and failure to follow through fully."

Steve continued working with us and Seattle City Light to get the final inspection and hookup. We met with some "new rules" the City put in place earlier this year, but with Steve's help everything was resolved...it just took 3 months! (not his fault) Electrice Company is professional, responsive and performed the work efficiently and quickly. Kathi M."
