Unfortunately, this customer had a very steep sloped ceiling and had purchased a fan that could only be installed on ceilings up to 18 degree slope as stated in the manufacturer's manual. The builder's electrician had installed the wrong ceiling box and we cannot foresee every imaginable circumstance and have every imaginable supply on our truck. This was a high ceiling and we offered to return.
