" Rachel in the office was exceptionally quick, courteous, and efficient. The 2 gentlemen came yesterday to repair our underground sprinkler system, and I was impressed that they came very quickly, and were responsive to our needs and concerns...in particular the young man who seemed to be in charge. When we turned on the system today, however, one of the heads does not work. I am confident that they will make the corrections asap. It was a pleasure doing business with Star Pump and Spinklers...I would recommend them."

"The lawn man cut the hose from the barrel to the pump. They repaired the hose and supposedly got the sprinkler up and running. Next day, the sprinkler didn't work. Called several times to set up an appointment, but it was difficult to be home when they needed to be here. On one day, they didn't show up or call, though I waited 5 hours on a Saturday. Turns out that the check valve was knocked loose in the lake, something they never checked. I know these things happen, but this was a frustrating experience."
