There was one red juice spot on the den floor that I was surprised did not come out since that carpet is wool. "I thought it kinda strange when the truck pulled up. It had no advertisement markings, or phone number. But boy did he do a good job. The carpet looks immaculate!!! I can tell extra work was done on the stairs and high traffic areas. Technician was very professional, and courteous. Look forward to having our next carpet cleaning done, at half price per contract. You can't beat that deal anywhere in town!!!"
