I know the consumer has me confused with some one else. As you can see from other ratings, i have received in the past. I left there in good standings. I also left the customer with an invoice and cleaned his sewer back and forward, carried my sewer machine up a flight of stairs into his first floor apt, down another flight of stairs & into his basement. during this time his son was taking pictures of my sewer machine and explaining to me that he is taking his tenant to court. I under stand owner is frustrated about tenants issues. we are are here to service the people who call us. and you chose, RNR reliable repairs at reasonable rates. Thx

"Quick response and took his time to explain exactly what he was doing and what to watch out for in the future. He was a bit pricey, but balanced this with great courtesy. He also noticed that we take our shoes off when we enter the house and asked if he should take his off as well."

"When the flush handle of my toilet broke on a Saturday night I contacted Service Magic and within a few minutes Ronnie called me.I explained the problem and he reassured me that although he was on a job he would be at my house within an hour and a half.True to his word there he was with a repacement part and professionally and quickly finished the job.
