"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Requires large cash deposit to schedule work. Does not keep appointment; does not offer an explanation for rescheduling. Starts job late in day; finishes late in day. People and pets must be out of the house so unorthodox hours are inconvenient for normal working people. Contract called for mold removal and plastic sheeting to be applied over dirt floor and walls as moisture barrier. Plastic was applied sloppily and disabled sump pump by covering it with sheeting, duct tape and some sort of adhesive material. Refused to come back to reset sheeting around sump pump to restore its operation. Rude, very poor service"

Sorry but we offered to help you. You refused and then stated you would hire someone else. You tried to cancel the day we were scheduled to work after signing and initially color itemized contract, paying for materials and small deposit. We ordered products and explained first come first serve and no refund policy. Even though we finished on time and on budget and with awesome post clearance tests. I hope she can enjoy her mold free basement now. I think she was frustrated because her sump pump wasn't working and wanted us to fix it for free. We offered solutions. Her husband walked thru the basement and paid us the final bill.

"They were great with communicating on the time frame of the job. They did not work typical hours. They arrived after noontime on the first day and worked til 8PM saying they would return sometime before 11AM the next day. They did not arrive til much later than that. Overall I was happy with their work with one exception. Items were left in the basement specifically for them to clean. THere were a few pieces of furniture and other miscellaneous items. Jeremy had assured they were in good shape. When it came time for me to return these items to the basement I discovered that many of the surfaces had not even been wiped down much less clean"

Due to uncontrollable event (a broken transmision) we were later than what we planned but we called and communicated that and was told you didn't mind when we started or finished. We estimate our start and finish time based on schedule and events of our team. Every item was personally sprayed and wipped down by our 3 man team. The customer asked us to try to salvage what we could, and we did.

"Jeremy and the team were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I had what seemed like an endless list of questions about the process and the products used. Jeremy was patient and articulate in explaining things to me several times until I was able to fully understand to my satisfaction. We will most definitely be calling them if we ever need similar services again. If we ever move, I will have Jeremy inspect any house I am considering prior to a purchase as I would trust his advice. We have only been officially remediated for a few days now. However, I've already noticed a big improvement in air quality. I guess we just didn't know how good the air could be until this was done. In the past I would start getting sick the day after working in my basement for a few hours. Last weekend I worked in the basement for 5 hours and felt perfectly fine the next day...the first time ever! I would highly recommend working with Jeremy and his company"

"This company is really trying to push a machine (type of air purifier) that supposedly removes all mold and germs out of the air... This is not proven, if anything what is emitted from this unit may be hazardous in other ways... It's okay, some people buy it, just didn't like it being pushed on me. I still have not received what I paid for."

We are a solution based company. This customers son was sleeping next to visible mold and wanted the best least costly solution. We use active pure system for surfaces because it works and kills microorganism on surfaces in hours. The sanitization protocol requires it. We kept this customer updated and apprised of the unusual delay and emailed her results.
