"My project was to remove and install 725 sq. Ft. Of vinyl flooring from our basement. Louis estimate was good, he was easy to work with. He ran into obstacles out of his control with the install so several days got wasted. My husband and I had to do running around to get the issues resolved. Louie was able to come out 2 Saturdays to continue and finish the job without charging us extra. Floor came out well considering the challenges. My husband and I helped out because we were under a time constraint to get the work done. With all the obstacles, it got done when we needed it. "
