"Very nice, polite and punctual. I knew he was not very experienced going in, but he sounded like he was researching everything on the Internet as he went along. This isn't brain surgery, and the tasks weren't anything that I hadn't done before myself, but could no longer do because of health issues. I think he would do very well either as an apprentice or doing work where the customer is supervising very, very closely. I now have to find another contractor to repair his mistakes."
