This mister Charles h. hired us to do his roof in 2008 then he contacted us again in 2011 to do another roof again if our prices are high why did he hire us? The answer is we gave a free leaked product the proof is in the work after the money is long gone

When contacted he apologized and said that there was a mix-up with the schedule and he would see if a crew was available to stop by. After 2 more phone calls and a 4 hour wait, a crew was dispatched to look at the roof and I'm glad that they did. They found several more missing and cracked slates than we initially thought. As a result, I hired Kelbie to make the repairs. The contractors were very efficient and made the repairs the next day. "

"i was told they would be there first thing sat morning to do the work. i called at 10:30 the foreman showed up around 12, explained the contract and requested a deposit. They came back around 4 and stayed 1/2 hr, so i was at first concerned because very little was done sat. but when they came back they did a good job including installing a few extra slate at no charge. "
