"we are in prep phase right now . Communication is great, the work is well planned. We should be finished be Friday. Still waiting on completion of project. Painted all my windows shut, did not paint my chimney on the back and sides from the roof line up. When JC came back and un stuck my windows all of the sashes are unpainted and dirty where the windows meet."

the work is finished,i came back and did what she asked. but she waited 2 months to call me plus i told her not to close her windows for 24 hours but she closed them the same day about 8 hours plus the chimney was painted on all 4 sides its 35 feet of the ground and i watched my painters paint it i came back after 2 months and the sashes had gotten dirty from rain dirt and mildew which we had allready doon she had me out there 4 times , the job is complete, i love my customers but enough is enough !!!!!!!!!

"Power washing wa not the best, the wand got too close & acutally tore into the wood. After sealant was put on the first day it looked really good, second day it rained & could not tell anything about the deck. But after it had time to dry it looked bad. Rough spots from the wand being too close were even worse & there were spots where it looked like no stain was applied & spots were the can of sealant set & splashed extra sealant on the deck. I sanded down rough spots and re-stained the stairs & deck & Landing. Looks good now. I used 2 gallons for all this but they used up 15 gallons for the deck. Most was on the ground under the deck."

Just read what customer said the first day it looked really good.And we did a great job.I cant help it because it rained the next day, we put on stain and it went threw the spaces on the deck,you cant stop stain from going threw , the sanding part he did not call and say come back and sand , because we always come back.and lastly a can ring is impossible because my sprayer was on the ground AND SPRAYERS USE more material. BOTTOM LINE THE RAIN THE NEXT DAY CAUSED THE PROBLEM.AND THAT WAS NOT MY FALT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"JC's project consisted of removing the popcorn ceiling from an upstairs room in my house and making a few minor repairs to the drywall so it could be repainted. He made a total mess of the task. He made no provision to limit the dust he created to the room he was working in. Twice he announced the project completed with many scrapes and irregularities still in the ceiling. We asked him not to return to finish the project. All carpets and draperies must be professionally cleaned and we are now in the process of sanding, repairing and completing the task ourselves. JC was polite but not focused on completing a quality job. Do not hire."

how can this guy say dont hire me ,what people should do is pray they never have to do work for him , we prepped covered everything and went over the ceilings 5 times and he still said there a little mark or the line is not straight we only were to scrape popcorn off not install new drywall !!!one more thing i have did drywall in basements and the dust allways gets upstairs thats a known fact you cant stop it!! if i dident do the job right why did he pay me!!
