In a lot of situations my clients like to have piece of mind when it comes to their environment, especially when there are children involved. In this case there was an on going remodel and the client was concerned about the existing paint containing lead. Results back from the lab were negative. Small price for piece of mind.

This was an older home, 60 years. With older homes it is interesting peeling the layers of remodels that have happened over the years. Galvanized water piping was a big factor in poor water pressure through-out the home. Helpful tips: The chimney was no longer in use and took quite an amount of space on all three floors. With the home only being 1600 sq', I recommended removal by licensed prof.

As with all our clients we do not limit the scope of inspection by delivering a report stating just defects. Maintainence tips, emergency shut-down switches/valve areas, general operation of components, etc. are all included in the report. On average we will shoot approximately 80 photographs per inspection. There is a description with each pic and if necessary remedial recommendation to fix issue
