"The technician was on time and performed the task very efficiently. The carpets looked great afterward. It took a few hours for the carpets to dry, but once they did, they were fine. We had noted a part of the hose might do some damage to the wood flooring downstairs, but the technician had placed something underneath it to prevent scratches. Yet, while he was moving around, it shifted a little...we kind of had to monitor it ourselves. Still, I would use them again."

"Terry was on time for our appointment, was professional and courteous. Did a good job cleaning our carpets. Price was very reasonable. Only issue was after he left, I discovered some dark stains next to our TV which I believe was from dirty water left from the cleaner. We were able to remove the stains ourselves, so didn't need to call him to spot clean."
