Customer service was good about answering my questions, even when I called back a couple of times with more questions about the product and service. Main reason for choosing this company was that they were running a special for the fan + installation for $350, which was $150 less than any other quote for that size fan. The fan installed was a Ventamatic VXNRGT."

"Company charges by the hour and attempted to charge us 4 1/2 hours for 3 1/2 hours of work (The workers reported that they took a 1/2 hour lunch, when in fact they were gone for 1 1/2 hours).
It was pretty obvious that the crew didn't have much experience installing lights as the gutter clips were all put on backwards. As a result many of the lights were knocked off the clips from the snow storm. THe connecting plugs were actually placed inside the gutter, increasing the probability of a short, rather than on the outside of the gutter.
You have to supply EVERYTHING (clips, zip ties, tape etc. everything). "
