"Out of the three contractors referred by Service Magic, only DC Moore was able to answer all my HVAC questions satisfactorily and had all his technicians NATE certified. I got a better furnace at a better price than all his competitors, and had A/C servicing and air balancing work completed that had not been done before on our 20 year old house. We now have better performance than expected or experienced before and are completely satisfied with DC Moore's service. We will continue to patronize DC Moore."

"When considering my purchasing a new AC unit and heater I got several estimates. Mr. Moore was very precise when he checked my old unit outside as well as the furnace inside the house. While the other companies checked everything in less than 10 minutes before sitting with me in letting me know the price, Mr. MOore was the most thorough in checking everything in the inside and outside units. As a matter of fact, he was the only one that actually went to the attic to see what I had. None of the others had done that. As far as the work, Mr. Moore and his crew had very good work ethics. They were very courtious, polite, and answered any questions I had. Best of all, Mr. Moore made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. When he gave me his estimate, which was competable with the others I had gotten, he explained everything that needed to be done and when the work was completed, he sat again and went over everything again that had been done. He was very patient in explaining any questions I had and making sure that I knew how to program the thermastat(I had the old fashion type before this new digital one). He did not leave without testing everyhing and making sure that everything was in working condition. I received all the waranty paper work as well. Again, I would recommend DC Moore not only for work well done but because he is very professional . Diana"

"Replaced my unit in August 2007. They were extremely professional, and did not leave a dusty mess inside when finished. Of all the estimates I received, they were the only ones to do the Manual J Calculation and were honest about what size of a unit I would need, rather than pressuring me to purchase an unnecessary unit like others. This company was more concerned with providing excellent customer service than selling tactics and it worked. Very honest and reasonable. Have a service contract with them and definitely will contact them for any needs (new furnace?) that may arise."

"Actually had the install right before the hurricane. Very professional, arrived on time and finished almost exactly when predicted, a bit earlier, actually. Later, noticed water dripping from the intake. Turns out this roof mounted unit had a place where a pipe exits that was not well sealed by the manufacturer and was sucking in water when it rained. Jim made an appointment at my convenience, showed up on time, fixed it, shook my hand and left. No attempt to blame it on the hurricane or hit me with trumped up charges. Very happy with the install, the price and now with the after-sale support. Will buy my next unit here!"

"Jim Moore was very thorough in his explanation of the company's credentials, services, installation, warranties, etc. He and his installers were very punctual, and they were all a pleasure to work with. They were careful when bringing parts into the house not to damage floors, walls, banisters, and furniture. The noise level during installation was kept at a minimal, all the vents were checked for proper airflow, and they did an excellent cleanup upon completion of the job.
