"They said it would take aprox 5hrs to claen my home the first time at a cost of $140. Well they were here for ONLY THREE hours, AND still charged $140 for 4 hrs!!! If they had stayed the FULL five hours the house would've been a LOT cleaner, but they did a hurried job and it showed!!!"

"They were absolutely wonderful! I had said that my main concern was the first floor...kitchen, living room and dining area (hardwood floors) and the downstairs 1/2 bath and 2nd floor bathroom. I left for a couple of hours and came home to a fantastic surprise...even though I said that they didn't have to worry about the bedrooms and office, they did those too. It was a great experience and I am definitely going to use their service again. My house looks great!"

"They are very nice and on time. I have only used them twice so far and will continue. I will have to tell them to srub the floors a bit harder and make sure they don't skip anything by accident. My daughter thinks they forgot to clean her counter top in her bathroom and the floor last week."

"Service was good. Women are effective and efficient. Only thing was, the initial cleaning she asked for a lot more than we expected. The recurring rate after was competitive however. We had a few miscommunications on what was covered in her rate and what wasn't (i.e. would the extra bedroom & bath etc). My only suggestion is to put everything in writing from the get go - and you won't have a repeat issue.
But quality of work was good."
