"After spending $3000 on a pair of Whirlpool Duets, I was concerned about getting them repaired. The factory service was crazily expensive -- $150 just to diagnose the problem. Awesome Ent. showed up on time, did the repair very quickly and all is well at a very reasonable price. I unhesitantly recommend them. over any factory service company."

"They were at my house within an hour of calling them. My refrigerator needed a new compressor and they advised me not to repair it given the cost and age of my refrigerator. They gave me great advice on purchasing a new or used one. I have already recommended them to my friends should they need a repairman in the future. I could not have been more pleased with their service and I thought 60.00 for a service call was very reasonable."

"I called the company and the rep told me $60 for the service call and when they came they actually charged my wife $90. They said it was probably the heating unit and then came back later and said it was the board, which would be $150.00 to replace so they could either replace it or buy a new unit. I called to ask about the extra $30 charge and the rep didn't have an answer for me. My wife called today because she has not heard from them in 5 days and they said the service person was let go and that we could still buy the board. Now I am out $90.00 and nothing has been done and I have no idea what is wrong with my dishwasher. "
