"The project took to long and they did not communicate as to why. They are very courteous people but a year later, the project was just finished last week when it was contracted for 5 weeks. I do like the work that was done, but time management needs addressing. He did stick to the bid and we didn't have to pay anymore than what was quoted. "

"The designs were wonderful--from the minimalist kitchen to a unique master bath and a gorgeous Shaker mantel and granite fireplace surround. But hiring ARJACC as general contractor was a mistake. They were basically honest guys who were in over their heads, didn't have a base of competent subs and were spread too thin to supervise and pay them. With the job 75% done and 90% of the contract drawn, they stopped showing up. After months and months of promises and apologies and unpaid subs calling the house, we let them go and finished with other contractors. I still highly recommend their design work. "
