"Thom responded promptly the day of request with detailed information regarding my need for service. Estimate by phone was accurate and he forwarded by e-mail additional information regarding their service.
Arrived as stated in very neat service oriented clothing. Performed and completed requested work in an outstanding manner. Moved furniture as needed to complete stretching of rug in several areas of the home. Cleaned up[ all trash leaving the home in perfect condition as if no one had just performed extensive work on the rugs.
I would highly recommend and we will use again for any service they provide!"

"The difference in my carpet before and after was truly amazing. The only negative I can think of is the price. What I paid was acutally $35 more than the estimate... and I had moved all the furniture with the exception of 2 pieces. It seems that should have counted for something. The two guys that did the job were polite and professional."
