"The technician arrived, and without even taking the machine apart, he said we should just get a new machine because the computer was shot and the timing mechanism was shot. Initially, over the phone, it was suggested I only had to replace the safety switch. I used the machine after the technician left, and I am still using THE SAME MACHINE!!! It's been months and I just have to push on the lid a bit. I sent a letter to the owner of the company, requesting my money back for the visit. No reply to the letter. 2 phone calls, and on each call he said he would gladly refund my money. I still have not see the "check in the mail." "

The trip fee covers the trip and diagnosis. I apologize for the missed diagnosis initially. Our technicians are usually top-notch when it comes to figuring out a problem. We offered to come back at no additional charge and replace the faulty lid safety switch, you declined. You still should have the faulty lid safety switch replaced as it could become a safety issue.

"I'm satisifed with the way everything turned out. Brian successfully diagnosed the problem with my A/C being overworked, and my downstairs not cooling enough, and recommended adding a standalone Mitsubishi system to supplement my existing system. It solved all issues including the undersizing of my existing system, insufficient duct work, and hot air coming upstairs because there is no return vent downstairs. The new system is top-notch, delivering a good amount of cool air and very quiet. The price was reasonable, and the work done was satisfactory. My only complaint is that they are usually late and slow in responding!"

We invoice all our customers right on the spot as soon as the work is complete except for a handful of commercial accounts that have credit established with us. But....if we did not send you an invoice and you still owe us money, by all means, call us and tell us who you are. We would love to be paid for the service we performed!

"A serviceman came out twice to diagnose the problem and then had to return to replace a part. After replacing the part, they cleaned up very nicely. However, when I ran the dishwasher again, a new problem developed. I should have called Allied back but decided to try someone new. The new serviceman, who was referred to me by the store where I purchased my dishwasher, came to the house on the next business day and determined that Allied had not hooked something back up. I had to pay for that service call but at least my dishwasher is now working properly. In all, it took over a month for proper function."

If you weren't satisfied with our service you should have contacted us immediately. We would have gladly taken care of the problem without further charge to you under our service warranty. Thank you for your feedback. Update: It appears that the company that originally sold her the dishwasher didn't fix it either. She called us back a week after this feedback was left. Parts NLA for this unit.
