"the estimate was good and he even gave me the options for different doors. set up appointment and they showed up and installed the door. door looks and works great. but there is one problem. i called john a few days after to let him know the dead bot is not aligned properly. he said it should take 10 mins just call when i am going to be home and he will stop by to fix. i called and he never called back or came by."
